1、College or above culture, gender unlimited, age under 45 years old, with mature international fashion fabric design experience。
2、Understand textile, printing and dyeing, foreign trade business processes, master weaving and dyeing, clothing, art design and other related professional knowledge, have a certain understanding of new environmental protection fibers.
3、Innovative design concept, dare to try new varieties, new trends of design.
4、Strong sense of color, understand the basic principles of color matching, can produce suitable fabrics according to color, and have the ability of independent development.
5、Strong team work ability, can coordinate with other designers or departments, promote the integration and utilization of resources to achieve maximum efficiency
Job responsibilities：
1、Keep an eye on the latest fashion information, can accurately predict the fashion and fashion trends of international clothing, textiles, sports and other series, identify the popular elements of the international market and make corresponding designs to meet the potential needs of customers.
2、Process analysis according to customer samples provided by sales department and communication and coordination with production and Technology Department.
3、Design and improve the traditional production process, pursue the design and development of high value-added products, and keep all the information involved in the development process in the background.。
4、Under the leadership of the head of the department, in accordance with the work responsibilities of the department, actively cooperate to complete the research and development tasks of the Department throughout the year.
5、Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the company and department.
